Bluescreen on Video Driver Installation

I recently installed the new Nvidia driver (352.86), but when I did, my computer blue screened then booted back up. The driver has installed fine, but I can't use ShadowPlay, or else my computer will crash agaun. Yes it was like this on the previous driver.

My Specs
MOBO: Gigabyte z97x gaming 5
CPU: i7-4770
GPU: MSI GTX 970 overclocked

I did recently get a mobo/cpu upgrade, and this issue did not occur before I installed my new parts.

Driver issue obviously. I highly suggest on reformatting your os drive but if you can reinstall all of your system drivers, it might also work.
