I have 2 samsung galaxy s10+ phones. I also have 2 pairs of Nurbenn(?) wireless earbuds. They aren't exactly top of the line which is why I got them but they've functioned pretty nicely for over a year. One of the two phones is having problems with pairing properly.

Problem phone:
-pairs successfully per Bluetooth gui
-Will play voice calls without issue
-will play media audio for first 5 or 10 seconds of being paired, then stops, but still shows as being paired

Other phone still works perfectly with both pairs

Troubleshooting attempted:
-Test both sets of ear buds on working phone, both work fine
-Test both sets on problem phone, both experience the issue
-Ensure both 'calls' and 'audio' is enabled on problem phone
-Test problem phone bluetooth with another bluetooth speaker, no issue
-Ensure both phones are on same update-> working phone has version G975U1UES6GUI1, but problem phone has G975USQS6GUJ2. If this is causing the issue, is it possible and should it be safe to manually install the working version on the problem phone?

So, in essence I have 2 devices that should have the same hard- and software, with functional bluetooth. However, one works and one doesn't when used with a certain type of earbud.

What could be causing this?
