BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

Hi! can anyone help me with my bluetooth? it was working perfectly before. I don't know what happened. each time i click receive file it just says "windows was unable to transfer some files. the file could not be sent because the connection could not be established. check to make sure the bluetooth radiois plugged in." I have already turned my bluetooth on. I've already checked my device manager and system information and the bluetooth program is there. I don't know what to do.

by the way, I'm using windows 7. my unit is aspire one happy2 N578Qpp.
