I recently got a Lenovo Yoga 700 for Christmas and after a few days of using it, I decided I was going to buy a mouse to use along side with it(To be exact a Logitech MX Master). A couple of days later, I was browsing the web using that mouse connected to Bluetooth when eventually the mouse stops sending telemetry to the computer. When I check the settings, the Bluetooth tab says that there is isn't anything wrong but when I click a different tab in the Devices and Printers settings, the Bluetooth tab just disappears. Then I check the device manager to see if the driver is still there and unfortunately it was not. I don't know what I did and I have no clue how to fix it even if there is a solution. I have been to Lenovo support and all they have done is restore my computer to an earlier date and tried reinstalling drivers; both of which have not worked. According to them, my only resort is to reset the computer to the factory default and I don't want to do that. I just want this fixed because this is extremely frustrating.

Solution
Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver for Bluetooth.
- Here's the link where you can download it from.
