Bluetooth will not connect

RCA tablet recognizes speaker but will not pair

Try pairing it with a different device. If it won't pair to anything else either, then the speaker is the problem. If it will pair with other devices, you may need to check your device for updates.

Also, make sure the speaker you are trying to connect to it is turned on and also has new/fully charged batteries.
