Hey, in some games I have tried (mostly cod4) the graphics have gone all blurry. I hadn't played cod4 in a while and when I came back the game was like this http

In the other screenshot of unturned, the game start screen has only made the face blurry, and my cursor is 4 pixels. I have an amd mobility radeon HD 5470 graphics card and I have already seen that mipmapping in CCC was affecting it. Turning up mipmapping only made it a tiny bit clearer but It is still very blurry. Any help appreciated, thanks.
