Blutooth peripheral device

Hello,
i got a problems that my blutooth peripheral device is missing and not working,,,,i am using window 7 ultimate 34 bits

Are this problems happen because of reinstall OS or it suddenly stop working (missing), or new device driver not installed correctly?

If there a driver cd that came with the device try install the driver....

edit: a note, w7 bluetooth management kinda had problems handle generic bluetooth device, usually here 3rd apps came to handy....
