The thing that never seems to be reviewed with the Bose is call quality - which is Garbage. I know most people don't get buds for making calls but there are times when you need to and every single time with the Bose you need to use the handset because the microphone is useless. After years of using Bose it is the single factor that has got me moving to other brands.
