These earbuds are a complete disappointment. I have returned the previous model 5 times and they eventually replaced with the Ultra model. Have returned those once already because it wouldn’t keep a charge. Going to return the second set of Ultras because have must pair them every time I use them. They will connect for about 15 seconds, then drop the connection. The only way to get them to work is the forget them in my Bluetooth, delete them from the Bose app, the add them back. That process takes two tries every time.
Often the left and right buds are out of sync and they need to be turned off and re-connected. The last issue is that it seems you must have the app and an internet connection for them to work.
I have other ear buds and headphones that exhibit none of these issues.
