Bose,Skullcandy, or SOL headphones

I am thinking of getting headphones. I will be listening to mostly rock, some rap/hip hop/ dance and some electric and pop. But again mostly rock. I am between the Bose AE2's Skullcandy Rocnation Aviators, or SOL Tracks. Any other suggestions? I definetly want good sound quality, and comfortable pads. The price is under 150 bucks.

It's called Sennheiser HD280 pro.
The ideal headphones cover the entire ear like a cup.
Pads that press against the earlobes are a very painful idea. Avoid. I mean really painful.
