Bought a headset mic has a loud humming noise in background (Audio file included)

I recently purchased a Corsair 1500v2 about a week ago now and for whatever reason the microphone has a pretty loud buzzing noise (people in team speak and other programs like that can hear it) I don't know why it's doing this I've tried uninstalling the driver for the headset a few times but nothing has worked. It might be that it was damaged during shiping, or your microphone jack got wrecked. There are a lot of possibilities
