Solved! Bought Logitech G PRO headset and have same problem

i just bought it and very dissapointed bcs it not work with laptop bcs laptop only have 1 audio jack so it didnt detected my microphone.i also use audio card i bought it for 10 dollar and the driver not detected.This "G PRO" product should come with audio card like g433 bcs it wont work with laptop need help now.

You don't need a separate audio card for this, and the headset should work fine with the single jack since both that cable and the port on your laptop should be combo jacks.
