I just ordered this chair and until order was placed no shipping date was provided. When order confirmation came with the shipping date, I tried to chat from their site (Branch) but instead an ad came up. I searched for a phone number but there is none to be found on their site. I emailed immediately to cancel the order but so far no response. The shipping date is a month out and I needed a chair sooner. Nevertheless, I do not do business with any company that has only a chat feature and no phone. This may be the greatest chair ever but I will never know. I think your reviews should mention some of the qualities of the company (and short comings). Had I known that there is no phone support I would never had made this mistake.
