brand new acer aspire e 15

i did what it said just plug in and turn on to finish installing but all there is, is a black screen it has no removeable battery should just take it back or am i missing something ????

Hi,

First do a hard reset with it, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for around 30 seconds then try to boot it up and see if it will load to the normally. If these will not, take it back to the store you bought it from because a new laptop shouldn't be acting like that in the first place.
