Hi,
I recently received my new Asus ZX553. I was very disappointed today when I powered it up for the 1st time and noticed that there is an X over the battery symbol and it states "No battery is detected".
I have tried going into Device Manager and uninstalling the two drivers under Battery and then reinstalling them, but this hasn't worked.
I hope that there is something I can do to rectify this issue and that I do not have to return the laptop.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
