Brand new HP laptop won't start up

The screen isn't frozen. It is still loading and says "just a moment. The laptop has never been set up and no accounts have been made.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery if it's not built in and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still get stuck on the same screen do try resetting it back to factory.

- If all these will not work I would suggest taking it back to the store you bought it from for a replacement.
