Brand New Lenovo B50 Laptop won't work!

My brand new lenovo B50 laptop is lagging and I have no idea why. Everything loads slower than usual and i can't even watch youtube or twitch on the lowest quality without constant choppiness. I bought this thing from a local computer shop and I seriously wonder if they did something to mess with this thing. attached are my specs.

Have you checked to see what is loading when you start it now, compared to before. Any additions to the sequence will lengthen the time it takes to load. Make sure there are no items you don't want loading at the start.

However, also remember that some software you install, and want to use, can be loading in part or full at the start. Things like Anti-virus software, etc.
