Just want to share a fix that worked for once: I run an i7-950/EVGA X58 Mobo with Win7 64 Ultimate. Been cruising fine for over a year, then one day the BSOD syndrome started after logging in. Boot-up and login was fine, then the Desktop would settle and then within 60 seconds, WHAMMO, BSOD for a BAD_POOL_HEADER. Google searches kept pointing to registry cleaners, and since I have Uniblue's RegistryBooster, I gave it a whirl (hadn't run it in a while). Sure enough, problem fixed, and that was over three months ago. So, worth trying if you get that error.
