have rog gl553ve. After i updated my windows, some programs and drivers can't work properly (Games, grapich card, cpu). When the charger is plug in, cpu usage is 100% and overclocked until 3,5Ghz + than BSOD says "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"

Solution
I'm sorry but I can't open your linked .rar file.

At any rate, I've just checked with Microsoft Community and ASUS ROG Forum and it seems that the problem lies with the ASUS Gaming Center app, specifically the GameFirst III module. Or rather, a compatibility issue between Windows and this module.

Since you can't really uninstall Windows, you have to uninstall the Gaming Center app and make sure that every trace of it is gone. This could easily take some time and the app may obstruct your efforts, but it is possible and after a few restarts you should be able to game without BSODs.

Here's the link to the ASUS ROG Forum:

User Genolark notes that...
What version of Windows are you running? Is it a Feature Update or an Insider Preview build?

Sometimes a Windows update will disconnect the dedicated GPU which means the system will be running on the IGP only. This would explain the high CPU usage. Check with Device Manager and enable the GPU, then install the latest driver for your GPU.

User Genolark notes that most of the features of the GameFirst III module are really redundant if you have a decent DSL connection.

Cheers,
GreyCatz.
