Have a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop (Purchased 12/20) that is used for home use only (so not very often). Evidently, an update occurred (I usually ensure that wifi is not connected when I’m not using but must have forgot to disconnect) and when I hit enter button I have the BSOD with no error codes and it is hanging with small blue circle as if a process was still running. I have turned off and on, unplugged WiFi from wall but no luck. I am unable to even get it to stop hanging to get TO an error code or Start, ctrl/alt/del for Task Manager, etc. Please help! TIA!
