Budget 13 inch gaming laptop

You can't even buy a new 13.3" laptop with a Core i3 CPU and integrated graphics for $600.

There are lot of good 13 inch laptops in $600 price range. What games do you play btw? You will find most of the laptops with integrated Intel graphics which won't be able to run few good less demanding games like CS GO etc.
