Building a Dolby Digital / Dolby Surround System under $200

I saw a friend using a lenovo mobile and was blown away by the quality of sound it delivers, it will outsound my iphone 6 anyday. Later came to know it converts any sounds to dolby, hence the home theater exp in mobile.
So was thinking to make a system to deliver same in my pc, did some research and saw Asus Xonar DX / DG Soundcard has dolby certifications. Also the Logitech Z623 is THX Certified.
Asus Xonar DG - $40 around
Logitech Z623 - $150 around

Would this combo gonna do it for me ?

Also in review of sound card some people said something abt SPDIF etc - is that hard to set up ?

well the dolby standard has many sub standards including dolby digital and dolby true HD that important that how much channel do you need for the system, the high end in the market is 7.1 surround sound .
SPDIF port include optical and coaxial ports each of these ports could transfer 6 channel over 1 wire but they have the limit of 6 channel and bit stream so first you should decide whether you want to go with.
