Hello People,

I want to buy a new ultra portable laptop mainly for develop, go to university and trading software. I'm planning the to use linux (for develop) and windows (for university and trading)

I've been using a MacBook Pro 15 but its too big to go around with it.

Then I'm thinking in a Lenovo (I have a good experience with them). I see two models: X1 Carbon Yoga 4 Gen and Yoga C940.

And then, I'm in trouble. As far I can see, the C940 has DDR4 Memory against DD3 in the X1 Carbon.

But, at the other side, I've a faster processor in the X1 Carbon (i7-10710U vs i7-1065G7)

Screen is not a big concern for me. Mainly because I'm planning to use it for developing purposes and for some trading software (Like Ninja trader)

C940 es cheaper in general (Less or equal price for better screen and hard drive). I know de X1 Carbon is impossible to break, but, is it worth for the use I'm planning to give?

What do you think?

Thanks!
