brother just stuck the main point which is 350$ range and a gaming laptop which is impossible, Crysis needs a dx9.0c fully compatible GPU which hd4200 is, so it means it will run the game, but you will not be able to play smoothly even on med graphics, may be the lowest graphics will give you around 10-20fps to play. Even laptop with 4200/4225 is exceeding your budget. Check it out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834157535.
And to be honest i didn't experience any serious problems with ATI drivers as i have used both ati and nvidia, the only diff i found is that ati gpu are mostly best bang for the buck, give same performance in less price and less power consumption and less heat.

the same thing people said when i was trying to play crysis at high settings with my pentium D @ 3.8 GHz...(i actually could with no lag :D)

i would prefer one that costs $300 with good hardware. the dell laptop i had as option is not in sale no more :(
