Alright, so my sister is in need of laptop, she needs it pretty cheap and its enough if it can run office (mostly excel, word) and videos/streams (netflix, youtube).

So i would guess, i5/4gbram/integrated graphics would get the job done pretty nicely

Yes, but I would side on 8GB of ram if you are getting an i5 or the system becomes unbalanced. While 4GB is enough for most of what she will be doing, 8GB will make the computer stay "like new" for years to come.

My other suggestion is to get an SSD in the PC. There is almost no exception. Personally I would sacrifice computational power to get an SSD because it makes the computer so much faster and more responsive to everything you do. She would notice an SSD WAAAAAY more than a faster processor or more ram.

Thanks for those, just at top of price range for her

Also regarding to SSD, i havent seen low end laptops coming with ssd and buying one will cost more and pretty much waste the price of hdd as she doesnt really have need for storage space
