Buzzing/screeching sound ONLY while playing games?

Ok, so I got a new PC for christmas and it has been working fine, then I started hearing a buzzing sound when I play games, my PC then had some hardware problems so I had to reset it. After I reset it, I installed origin and Battlefield 4, then I started hearing the buzzing sound soon after.
I un-installed BF4/Origin and the buzzing seemed to stop, (it actually just started to be quieter)
so I thought "Yay! I fixed it!" Now, the buzzing is back, really loud, only when I play games, and very, very annoying. I do not have BF4 or Origin installed, and it is through my headset, not from my PC. I am going to try using my speakers while playing games and see if it still does it. I will comment depending on what happens. Please, please help.

Ok, I tried using my speakers, it is still the same.

Does this happen with the audio jacks at the front AND the back of the PC? Assuming you have both?
