C50D-A battery fully charged but not working

My battery fully charged but not working, and I just bought it 2 month ago, so I don't think I need to replace my battery. I would like to know how should I do can make my Battery work again. Thanks

My laptop battery shows fully charged, but the laptop can't work when cut off AC power. I downloaded a application to detect battery and said that the battery loss is 4.55%. I don't know why was that? Thanks

Look for any dust or bad contact at the connector for the battery and at the laptop.
