Call blocker Apps

Help me please:: I required a call blocker who instead of busy tone could say to caller that the dialed number is power off or not reachable......

I know of no such thing. As far as I know all blocked calls go to ones voice mail or will get a message (with some carriers/service providers) saying the call has been blocked.

Try contacting your carrier/service provider and see if they have any other options you can try, but I doubt it. And I seriously doubt you could get what you are looking for.

Thanks for reply. There is much advance in development of so many apps. This is an idea for developers to develop such type of app.

Re-asking the same question won't get a different answer. Did you try checking with your carrier/service provider?
