Call of duty ghosts

I have installed call of duty ghosts in my laptop having this specifications :- Windows 10 home, 4 GB RAM , 1 TB hard drive, Nvidia 2 GB GeForce graphics card but after installing in PC when i click to open it for play it is showing me "your hard drive is full" so what should I do?

Where did you get the game from? What is the exact error message?

The message is :-"call of duty ghosts couldn't write a file. The drive is probably full".
This my drive status :-
(c) = 380GB free of 446GB
(D) = 23GB free of 24.9GB
(E) = 77.9GB free of 217GB
(F) = 5.99GB free of 227GB

The is in (E) drive and installed in (C) drive
