Is CAMEYO app builder the best software to create your own portable apps?

From all those I've tried (and I've tried a lot), I'd say yes.
The downside is: they do pre-extract files & registry on the disk to make the product work. But if this is a concern to you, you can set your packages to remove them once done. Also, they announced on their blog that this will be addressed in their next version.
