can a graphics card be added to my laptop ?

configs are as follows : amd a8 6410 processor , 8 gb of Ram , integraded radeon r5 m330 gpu , 1 tb hdd , its lenovo 80E10088in laptop

why not....., like in the case of ram my mobo can accept ram to become double(*8+8*). but im wondering why mother boards cannot have extra slots for adding extra gpus..this isnt FAIR..............

Now, there are external GPU options, but they tend to super-expensive and frequently end up with you disabling your laptop's wireless.
