can a graphics card be added to my laptop ?

configs are as follows : amd a8 6410 processor , 8 gb of Ram , integraded radeon r5 m330 gpu , 1 tb hdd , its lenovo 80E10088in laptop

No. Most laptops, including yours, do not support either adding or changing the graphics card.

why not....., like in the case of ram my mobo can accept ram to become double(*8+8*). but im wondering why mother boards cannot have extra slots for adding extra gpus..this isnt FAIR..............
