Can a laptop be used to broadcast keystrokes e.g. to a Bluray player on the TV with a wireless kbd dongle?

So I can save having to have 2 keyboards cluttering up the room, I'd like to use my laptop as if it were a wireless keyboard. BLURAY player can take USB HMI kbd input.

I doubt the BD player can do that directly.
If your player has a control app then that might allow you to use your laptop as the remote which should allow you to use the laptop keyboard
You may be able to use your laptop if there is a control gui you can access over WIFI.
