The following Acer laptop for $350 with a core i3-7100u and Intel HD 620 integrated graphics is much more capable of playing games compared to the A6-9220 and it's integrated Radeon R4 (Stoney Ridge) graphics core.

With the Acer laptop, I would say that you should not have any problems playing the Sims 4 at 1080p resolution with medium settings.

Based on the few game benchmarks below from Notebookcheck.net, the Intel HD 620 provides up to about 2x better performance than the Radeon R4 graphics core. Note that benchmarks are based on laptops with Core i5-7200u CPU so game benchmarks with the Core i3-7100u can be lower if the game is very CPU dependent. But the performance will be nowhere near as bad as the Radeon R4.
