Replacing a Fujitsu hard drive in a Toshiba Satellite A215-S4757. Can it be replaced with a Toshiba MK3256GSY? Old drive was 250 GB and 4200RPM new drive would be 320 GB and 7200 RPM

Hi,
The new Toshiba drive has 4 metal prongs on one side where as the old Fujitsu drive had 4 spots on a board. I have nothing to plug into the 4 metal tabs.

Your Fujitsu MHX2250BT edge connectors look like this - right? And the Toshiba has the matching gold colored edge connectors?
It's a standard SATA power and data connector and it's the only connector used.

Your HDD doesn't use the 4 spots/4 tabs in your laptop.
They're only used at the factory.
