Can a virus be transmitted in such way ?Browsing porn using phone. Porn sites also showed in the laptop's chrome history.

So I have 2 devices one is a laptop and a smartphone, my friend borrowed my smartphone yesterday and he used it to browse porn. This morning I opened my laptop and upon seeing the history on chrome it showed the porn sites my friend browsed on my phone. My question is since android rarely catches some virus will the virus that works on windows get through my laptop just because of the reason that the two devices are associated to my Google account?

I didn't access the porn site on my laptop, I don't want to delete the history though so even if I do not erase the history there's no cross device infection?
