Can an acer aspire one run skyrim the elder scrolls

i have a acer aspire one notebook with windows 7 starter, the cpu is N570 (1.66GHZ, 1MB L2 cache
the memory is 1 GB DDR3 memory
and the storage is 250GB HDD and the battery is a 3-cell li-ion battery

Sorry; your Aspire One 'Netbook will not run Skyrim.

That should be able to run BF3 on ultra settings as well as Skyrim.
