I would like to buy a new TV, which will necessarily be an HD-TV, but I would like to keep my regular cable service, TV, PS-2, and non-HD DVD player. Is this possible? Does it make any sense at all.
You can use an HDTV with standard definition sources. If you have a cable box the provider will usually swap the old SD box for an HD box at the same price. Make sure the TV you buy has enough legacy connections as they sometimes cut back to save money.
