can gta 5 and other heavy games run on dell m4500 laptop

I recently bought a dell m4500 used but i am confused that will it be able to support gta 5 and other heavy games

That's a professional workstation, not a gaming system. I would not expect it to play games well.

The GPU is that system is not sufficient enough to play those games even on lower settings and resolution.

That is a fairly old laptop. The CPU might be upto to job, but the rest of the system isnt, as Wildcard has already said, the GPU is not going to cut it.
