Can GTA V run on my rig?

Intel Core i5 4200U 1.6 GHz (2 physical cores, 4 logical cores)
15.6" 16:9 HD (1366x768)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 745M with 2GB
160 GB of Intel 320 Series SSD (If not enough storage ill move the game into my external HDD)
8 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3

I wanted personal views if it could run on lowest/medium settings because I tested it on "Can I run it" website and it said everything was fine except the CPU. Any personal views if my laptop can run the game will be greatly appritiated. Have a nice day!

On low settings yes

Low settings, and it needs 65 gb free space. Running it from an external hdd is possible I guess, but you're going to have a hard time waiting on the game to load.
