Can Hp elite book 8460p run GTA V?

I am about to buy the HP Elitebook 8460p. Just wondering if it can run GTA 5. Saw the 8470p could run Gta V, wondering if the 8460p could run it on the lowest settings.

It may actually run GTA V in the lowest possible settings but you may still get lags of some kind.
