can I bypass youtube advertisement and waiting time??

I am a heavy youtube visitor. I think youtube is now putting too much annoying ad and waiting time to me. I am not patient. Any way to bypass those annoying ad and waiting time? Just playing a song of few minutes gives me ad. I hate it.
