can I connect a Bluetooth earpiece and phone to a smart watch at the same time?

I have a new smart watch and I have it paired to my phone now can I pair my Bluetooth headset to the watch?

It's doubtful but it would have to be set up from the watch's settings just to get it to contact the earpiece but you can't have a three way pair, as far as I know.
