Please help, I need to know if I can connect a Sony MDR-RF811RK Wireless Headphones to an LG 32LJ610V TV

The headphones come with a transmitter with a 3.5mm stereo plug. As far as I can see from the online manual I found, the TVs only sound output is optical digital. So no, you can't.
On the other hand: Is the TV getting the signal from a tuner box? You might be able to tap an output from that.
