I want to now if I can connected a vr headset (not ps vr) to my tv Andy not a computer

No.
This is because of the fact that tvs don't have graphics cards, operating systems, ways to actually set up the vr, or pretty much anything else that is necessary to run vr games, let alone show anything when you have the headset on.
