Connecting my phone to my TV using Bluetooth and Chromecast

I could be mistaken, but I believe that Chromecast connects to your wifi network. Then, any device connected to your network can cast to your screen (the app has to be able to cast, like Netflix or Crackle).

Chromecast is wifi only. However, I believe it's able to cast its own spot, in lieu of a full network setup.
