Can I Copy Programmes From Humax PVR9200T to PC?

I'm thinking of getting a Humax PVR9200T personal video recoder. It has a USB socket at the back, the manual states that it it possible to copy files from PC to PVR via the USB socket. Is it possible to copy the other way, i.e. Humax to PC? The manual is not clear about this.
