Can I disable this thing that keeps popping out in my note 3?

Hello everybody.
I've been having an issue with my galaxy note 3 lately which something keeps popping out about disabling wifi to save battery life
This thing

The problem with this thing is that it keeps popping out while I'm sleeping at night. my phone would just glow half of my room in the middle of the night and it won't shut off as you'd expect, it's quite annoying

I know I could turn off wifi in the first place but I need it to stay on for a reason

With the standard ROM, no.
The best you can do is stop the sound playing by deleting or renaming the sound file

otherwise you have to root your phone to get rid of the popup totally

Then put it on charge at night - - then it shouldn't happen

True that but i wouldn't charge my phone at night
and i usually leave it with 60% battery life but it drains quickly cause note 3...

it is rooted! i rooted it like a year ago lol
how can i do that?
and it's not about the sound cause i keep it muted at night

Found this somewhere:
"When your phone is on battery saver, long press the low battery notification till it shows the info symbol( the app is System UI ). Click the info button and then turn off “Allow Peeking”. This should stop the notification from popping up."
