can I have an apple id account on an android?

I want to play a game with my friend but she would have to sign into her apple I'd so i can get the game but I can't

Apple ID for Apple devices, not for Android, you can't install the same game on your phone, although if the game is cross platform you may still be able to play together. Read about the game and see.
