Can i improve performance?

Hey Guys, i am trying to fix up my old Toshiba laptop and was wondering is there anyway to improve it. etc os,cpu,memory etc. so far it has a Core Duo T2350 @1.86Ghz, 4Gb of DDr2 ram with a hyperx 240gb 3k ssd and running Win 7 Home Premium 32bit with Geforce Go 7300 128mb

if u want to upgrade, i suggest you sell your old one and buy a new one. physical upgrades on a laptop are pretty difficult. and only possible if your laptop allows physical upgrades.
