can i increase dedicated graphics memory

hi can I increase my dedicatd graphics memory without using bios because there is no option in bios to increase it

I used to have an option to change my card's ram to up to 512mb. Now the option suddenly no longer exists (forcing me to be stuck with 256mb on my card) in the bios. What gives?

did you upgrade your bios which might have removed that option?
